COMMUNITY MEDITATION (1)

Join us once a month for a candle lit meditation. We invite you to gather  during full moon to let go and setting up intentions to release everything that no longer serves our soul in  a circle ceremony. 

This month under the  full Virgo moon energy, let's  soften our judge archethype. Let go of the critical mind, self-judgment, judgment of others, worry and surrender to self-love, open your heart, drop into compassion, and act from that place towards yourself and others.

This session includes Journaling and reflection time.
