About the event
Our two-day in-person or online experiential workshops offer a retreat with your wellbeing as the main focus. Zazen retreats allow you to reconnect with yourself in a safe and caring environment.
In this retreat we will explore our emotions and the major causes of anxiety, and physiology of anxiety.
Problem solving of dialectic behavioural conductual practice such as S.T.O.P.P. to alleviate anxiety.
Exposure to breathing technics, somatic exercises and yoga for emotional balance in a group setting are introduced to facilitate emotional regulation.
You will experience inner exploration, self-growth, balance and self-empowerment in a safe conducive container to embrace the fullness of life.
