The breath has the power to calibrate your nervous system, (re)connect with your intuition, enable profound mental clarity and empowers you to befriend your self-critical voice while unlocking the beauty of joy, creativity, gratitude, vitality, love and purpose.
Unleash transformation and find your center with your authentic self - all through the breath. The breath is the bridge and gateway to your soul and can unravel resistance and release emotional blockages by inviting you surrender to whatever arises in the present moment. Reconnect to your inner most knowing your intuition, unlock your stress, anxiety and burnout cycles through nervous system regulation. Reclaim your voice and inner power, eliminate toxins, reduce oxidative stress and improve your sleep and digestion.
With an energetic theme, each session will encompass these elements:
✨20 minute introduction to breathwork and technique session
✨15 min opening circle with intention setting and self-compassion journal prompts
✨45-60 minute practice of conscious connected breathwork activating your parasympathetic nervous system and embracing your peaceful warrior within, clearing limiting thought patterns and beliefs that hold you back, identifying areas in your body that may have been blocking your progress, and fearlessly stepping into your life with joy, ease, vitality, creativity and grace
✨15 minute integration and deep rest savasana
✨15 minutes post processing time to drink herbal tea, journal your reflections with somatic and self-compassion inquiry and fully embrace the journey you've been on with a group of like minded women exploring the theme of self-love enabling you to open your heart with compassion and grace.

About the instructor:
Jessica, With 25 years experience in the corporate world and as single parent of a teen daughter I understand the demands of a mom work/life balance and appreciate the value of time well spent. I also have a passion for elevating the voice, confidence and resilience of women by supporting them to unlock their stress, anxiety and burnout cycles and finding their brave through fierce self-compassion. I am a 400h Certified Sacred Breathwork Facilitator with the Sacred Breath Academy. I am also an aspiring Holistic Nutritionist and somatic coach. As an avid outdoor enthusiast you can find me hiking or camping on the weekends and hold an avid practice of yoga, meditation, cold immersion therapy and mindful self compassion.

She is a Certified Sacred Breathwork Facilitator (400h) with the Sacred Breath Academy, Holistic Nutritionist in training, outdoor enthusiast and holds an avid practice of yoga and mindful self-compassion. She is passionate about supporting women to illuminate their authenticity through taming their inner critic, unlocking their stress, anxiety and burnout cycles, and reconnecting to their intuition with fierce self-compassion.
