SPECIAL KARMA KIRTAN WITH ANKI

Join us for our Monthly Karma Kirtan, a beautiful and uplifting practice of devotional chanting in a community setting.

Chanting together and create a sense of connection and unity.

Experience for the first time a unique style of guided meditation with a chant of Mantra in the form of KIRTAN.

The goal of Kirtan(mantra chanting) is to integrate cohesively our  voices together and collectively making one universal voice repeting a commun mantra.

• By practicing kirtan in community, you can experience a sense of unity and belonging while immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of the music. 
• Chanting in harmony helps to reduce stress and anxiety, promote feelings of joy and well-being, and strengthen your spiritual connection. 
• After 30 minutes of a kirtan practice leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, happy and experience profound inner peace

Meet your facilitator :

Anki Khanna is a yoga and  meditation practitioner from India. She is certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance USA. part of her Unique style is the combinations of yoga flow with breathwork along with the chanting  merging it all into alignment and harmony.

This practice is open to everyone and offers a safe container  and a welcoming space to facilitate your meditation practice.
