This plan is designed to manage, prevent and reverse disease and health issues through nutrition and supplements if needed. Includes:

• An intake form analysis

• Health program report with a written explanation to start the journey.

• A 1 hour initial session and a 3 x 45min supporting sessions (sessions can be virtual or in-person upon demand)
