This session is designed specially for those exploring meditation for the first time. It lays out the basis for gradually establishing a regular meditation practice. In this session learn how to approach the practice, how improve posture, focus, body awareness and to be self-motivational as you embark on your inner path to self-awareness and self-discovery.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for classes, so if you know you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 289-837-4566, 24 hours before your session. Otherwise full booking fee will be charged. All Meditation and Ayurveda sessions are final sale. Please check the service expiry date and re-schedule your session accordingly.
