Known as the yoga of sleep. This laid down motionless practice
meditation guides you to the hypnagogic state between wakefulness and sleeping.
You will move your awareness from bodily sensations, to awareness of the breath, emotional landscape, inner space and visualization.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for classes, so if you know you are unable to attend,
please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 289-837-4566, 24 hours before your session. Otherwise full booking fee will be charged. All Meditation and Ayurveda sessions are final sale. Please check the service expiry date and re-schedule your session accordingly.
