Service Description

Applied meditation that combines mindfulness and self-compassion. RAIN (an acronym for Recognise, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) is a practice that helps you tap into difficult emotions when feeling overwhelmed. Whether it is anger, anxiety, fear, shame, or stress. RAIN practice will release the grip of that emotion and guide you home gently.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for classes, so if you know you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at zazen@zazenstudio.com or call 289-837-4566, 24 hours before your session. Otherwise full booking fee will be charged. All Meditation and Ayurveda sessions are final sale. Please check the service expiry date and re-schedule your session accordingly.
